Interventions
Unique to RS&F
Over our 10 years delivering in Primary and Secondary schools, we've listened to our partner schools, learnt from our pupils and witnessed the changing face of Education in the East Midlands. We're proud to have crafted 2 bespoke curriculums and programmes, unique to Riley Sport and Fitness, that reflect the requirements of our ever changing partner schools and the needs of our pupils. We've created unique interventions, that provide a service to schools and Trusts that become a staple in the academic year, a must-have in timetables year in, year out.

Boxing Interventions
At Riley Sport & Fitness, we have developed a Boxing programme aimed at pupils that may need some extra guidance. From transitioning schools, school years or simply for pupils who need to channel their energy; our programmes have been incredibly effective. This programme supports SEN & challenging children to help accommodate their needs in a controlled and safe environment. It's not all physical, we mentor and set targets which pupils work towards throughout their day-to-day school life we review targets, revisit targets and succeed together! We work with your setting to provide a service that helps support your pupils requirements.
Our goal is to give our pupils the opportunity to develop their self-esteem and confidence in a safe environment. Our programme is flexible and our Coaches are the best in their field.

The Movement Curriculum
The Movement Curriculum is a bespoke programme designed to identify any foundational deficits centred around movement, strength and ability and provide an intervention that addresses these deficits.
The 14 week curriculum encompasses a pre and post testing assessment to ensure success of the intended modalities. These include core strength, balance, co-ordination and increased fitness levels.
Mr Collins oversees the intervention to ensure standardised procedure and worthwhile results are achieved. We have rolled this programme out in 2024 to Primary Schools and have witnessed excellent results.

Physical Literacy
Physical literacy is the motivation, confidence, physical competence, knowledge, and understanding of the importance of movement.
Our qualified Coaches have all received training in Physical Literacy and can work with your school to ensure your pupils are on the path to become further physically literate.
