Our Values
Riley’s biggest secret to our success? Well... that’s YOU. We only choose to work with the most genuine, excellent, committed Coaches, and we are so pleased you choose US. You now embody Riley’s; what does that mean?

What do our values mean?
1
We support our fellow Coaches and Head Coach to be the best they can be. Support Coaches to grow, to learn new skills, grow confidence and deliver an excellent camp. Support our campers by learning their requirements, plans + interests. Support them by safeguarding their needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them at Riley’s. We want every camper to leave feeling full to the brim of fun, happiness and opportunity.

2

Encourage Coaches to develop their skills in Coaching and step out of their comfort zones. We encourage new ideas and bringing newness to Riley’s. We encourage you to challenge us! Think some- thing needs improving? Tell us. Encourage each camper to be the best they can be. Fill them up with the confidence and skills to tackle each activity head on. We want nothing more than campers to experience new activities, experiences and make new friends, so please encourage!
3
Camp is a busy place, and us Coaches need to stick together! In the hustle and bustle, please continue to listen to the guidance we have set, the policies we have written and the direction of the Head Coach. We always check in with our campers, if they’re having a good day or not so good day. We listen, support and communicate. Listening to our campers is the key to understanding what they need from us.

Showing our campers that supporting each other through their day at Riley’s will mean everyone has a better day! There may be campers here that have never attended before and a little nervous, young campers, campers that need help in activities etc. Campers must support our Coaches too by being super stars all day.

Lead the way in encouraging our campers to TRY! Try and master soft axe throwing, encourage participation in archery or boccia. Fill up their cup so they feel on top of the world. Campers must encourage each other to get involved and have FUN! Let’s do this together, Riley’s style.

Campers must learn that Riley’s is about FUN but... we have strong values. We must listen to our Head Coach and Coaches, they will keep us safe, whilst having the best time. Let’s learn when is FUN time and when is listening time.

Riley's
What we expect
We expect our Coaches to embody our values every day. What does this look like?

Always be fun, high energy and professional. Always representing our well established, trusted brand. Always representing our values. Always be firm, but fair, it’s school holiday time (but we run a tight ship!)

Always adhere to our policies. They are there for everyone’s benefit.

Have the best time! Enjoy the activites and get involved!

No group punishments please! See behaviour policy for expectations. You’ve got this!
Our Motto

Understanding our
policies
It's our job to ensure that we look after the health and safety of our Coaches and Campers, as well as our venue and brand. We've put a wide range
of policies in place to protect everyone.
We need to ensure all of Coaches understand each policy, and how that affects their judgement, coaching and communication with fellow Coaches, campers and parents/guardians. We are bringing you on the journey of our small business, trusting you with our name (quite literally!) to bring sunshine and positive vibes to all of our Campers days.
We wouldn't have chosen you to work with us if you didn't display our values and represent our brand, so keep shining!
